Discrete Shipping

Q: Is my order shipped with "HIS HAIR Australia" mentioned as return address? Is the product visible from outside the packaging?

A: No, your order is shipped very discreetly. Our packages are enclosed in white bubble padded envelopes and posted in plain white Australia Post parcel satchels. For logistical reasons, we do mention "HHA" as sender, including our P.O. Box details only. However, nobody can tell from looking at the package that it contains a hair product or that it has been sent by HIS HAIR Australia.

Bank Transfer

Q: I paid via bank transfer, has my payment been received yet?

A: It can take up to several business days for your bank to process your payment. When your payment is received by us, you will receive an email with the postal tracking confirmation. Next, your order will be prepared and shipped when ready.

Changing the Order

Q: I have placed an order, but I accidentally ordered the wrong product.

A: No problem at all, you can change your order as long as it has not been processed yet. If you wish to order less or more, we can adjust this. Just let us know your wishes. Any over payment will be transferred to your bank account. In case you are ordering more, we will ask you to make an additional payment.

Q: I find it difficult to determine which products are best suitable for me. How do I find out?

A: In case it is not clear to you which products you can best use or you would like to receive more information, feel free to send an email with your questions to our customer service team. In order to be able to determine which products are best for you, you should provide us with the following information:

  • Your sex
  • Age category
  • Type of hair loss (e.g. diffuse, male pattern baldness)
  • Which product you prefer and which you would rather not use

Based on this information, we can provide you with advice. However, we always recommend you to contact a doctor or dermatologist.

Combination of treatment methods

Q: Can I combine product X with product Y?

A: Almost all products can be used in combination in one regime, but this is not always a guarantee for increased effectiveness of your hair growth. We recommend people to use a maximum of one product from the following categories:

  • Shampoo
  • Conditioner
  • Topical lotion
  • Dietary supplement with anti-androgenic properties

Combining shampoos and condition

Q: Can I combine shampoo brand X with shampoo or conditioner brand Y?

A: Shampoos and conditioners by the same brand are usually well matched in terms of ingredients and provide optimal treatment. However, it is certainly possible to use a shampoo of one brand and combine it with a conditioner of a different brand.
